We are switching our support system and the portal with instructions will be moving to a new address.

All instructions can be found by Azets customers by logging in to the portal. To log in to the portal you need access, which you receive in two different ways.
1. If you have been in contact with our support with any topic in April-> you will have received a activation email from tech-fi.support@azets.com. This email contained a link to creating your portal user, after which you can access the portal, view you tickets and instructions.
2. If you have not created a ticket with us, you can send us a message with below info. This will trigger the portal activation to be sent to you and create a ticket with us. We will automatically close the tickets with this topic, but if you have questions, please re-open the ticket by answering to our automated response email.
