The list of recent reports includes the five most recently opened reports by the user. The list of input forms includes input forms that the user has access to. Also, the status of these input forms should be active in order to be showed on the home page. The names of reports and input forms in the lists act as direct links to the reports and input forms.
The status of an input form can be changed on the input form by an administrator (green = active, red = inactive).
