Standard reports´ appearance can be customized using the Table Visual Settings feature.

  • Changes will only be visible to the user who made the change and will disappear when another report is opened
  • If you want to keep the modified report view, you must save the report as a report shortcut. The custom report can then be found in the Report Shortcuts section of Gallery, where the layout changes you've made are saved. For more information, see 'Report Gallery and Saving a Report Shortcut'

The Visual Settings window is divided into five tabs from which the color and size of different parts of the table can customized. If necessary, the display settings can be restricted to report output only by selecting the 'Show Print / PDF Format' option at the top of the window. In this case, all the settings made in the table appear only on the printout. If the selection is not used, all changes will be reflected both in the program itself and in the report printout.

The first tab determines what information is displayed in the upper left corner of the table.

The title is automatically determined based on the letter abbreviations found in the field. If necessary, you can also use your own title in the field.
